ABSENCE OF ESFFORT

For me the CI would be incorporated as one

discipline

that is defined, a priori, to be: cross-border, that is not occupying a fixed territory but constitutes the same characteristics of globalization, migration and mobility.

What do we refer when we talk about a dynamic foot?
What are your cooperating forces

and mechanics of the continuum?
What is coherence and correlation of the movement?
How we recognize when we are authentic?

Work on ideas such as:

- Do not go to the limit - Balance search balance.
- the spine supports the weight of the head - attention to the focus of your attention. - Change the range of motion. What is efficient? How should the fall be? How should the imbalance be? Changes of weights and levers. - The reversibility of movement. Influences and infections - counterweights.

Absence of effort: the effort can be considered to actions related to the intentional.

The effort can be identified by irregularities barely noticeable in the respiratory rate.
Resistance when resistance is high, be in the most subtle observation to eliminate resistance, awareness to refine ability. The sensation of resistance coincides with the distribution of muscle contraction.
Presence of reversibility: at any moment an act can be stopped, with the possibility of continuing or returning without a preliminary change of attitude or effort.
