EXPLORE CREATIVITY
- Free our creativity to get close to the spontaneous movement.
- Trust the tools our we-body has naturally to increase the risk we take.
We do not have to worry about anything, the body has an automated operation. Through images, and specific guidelines, we will become aware of the innate reflexes and conditioned reflexes that the body offers us, - those we use daily without realizing it - in order to be able to let go of the idea of effort, trying to use the minimum amount of muscle.
From there, it's just a matter of forgetting to do it well. It is just to let the body act. Until you let yourself surprise yourself and get rid of excess control and increase your risk taking. We will approach the spontaneous movement, outside of our customs. Without judging it, leaving the body to act and having the mind fully available to respond with agility and speed to each situation. Braking, avoiding, accelerating, receiving, jumping, waiting ... From music, effortlessness, exigency and pleasure, we will dance, improvise, reproduce, uncontrolled and explore our body and our ability to let go of the mind.
