ONA MESTRE

Dancer, Choreographer, Dance- Theater Pedagog. Her relation with dance has the característic base of looking for the research and listening the inner work to be fluid in the creative process. She studied Fedora Aberastury Method with Yiya Diaz. Having training in dance with the same metod wuth Julia Comesaña; in Contemporary Dance with Cesc Gelabert, Lindsay Kemp, Carole Alexis, Alessandro Certini and Charlotte Zerbey; in theate with Cristina Castrillo; and body-voice with Sjabbe Van Selfourt. She does Katsugen and Yuki. She tavelled to Africa with scholarships of the Catalan Goberment to study african dance and culture. She invetigated Sensory and Perceptual field of energy, the sound of the quars bowls and tibetans, and visualization and vibration of the Voice. She made perfomances with plàstic artists and with artists of the experimental world with Language diveristies. She performs as a solo artist and as a part of groups in dance-theater in Spain and Europe.

Energy in movement – creative dance from improvisation

In this workshop we will focus on sensory and perceptual field of energy, searching and listening internally to let flow our expression and creativity.

 

The workshop is oriented toward a sensitive job to wake and/or refine energy connections in our body through breathing, movement-dance, visualization and vibration of the voice, and the power of imagination.

Creating from our internal spaces, from fluency in listening and from all creative expression, from movement in individual and group improvisation.
